I have a small animation that I am doing and there is ONE building that is giving me problems…

I used -3,-1 and 100,100 for the hemi and the other thing… 
all the other building look ok
except for that one… oh… and about three secs in or so… there is a huge light on the river for a frame this always happens…thanx guys… good to be back…
