Downloading some car assets and it stops at 99 percent and can’t drop them into my project. Any idea or fix? 3ds MAX 2023 and the latest ver of vray. Chaos Cosmos • Build: 2023.06.21-322865

Does reloading the UI help? After refreshing, do your downloaded assets appear as downloaded or still stuck at %99? If they appear as downloaded, then you most probably hit a bug in our UI which we just fixed and we will be deploying the fix very soon.
If the problem persists, then can you please create an issue in our tickets system and attach your cb.log and config.json files (located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos)?
They stay at 99 percent. I’ll have to check to see if they final show as 100.
If after clicking the Home button, or restarting Max they stay on 99%, then we’ll need the log. Thank you

Which are the assets that you experience problem w/ downloading?
In Cosmos Browser, many models with some animated trees are stuck at 99%. Currently there are 32 downloads pending. But if I want to download another model there is no problem.
It would be nice if you could give us at least 2-3 problematic assets
