It’s worth it purely for the dirt mask generation I think. Painter exports bitmaps for each channel so no issue using it in vray. 4k is coming along on october 15th so you don’t have too long to wait.

I am also trying to find info on wiring Substance Designer to Vraymtl. There is a lot of info on the web utilizing the Standard Renderer but nothing about using SD with Vray. Anyone have any workflows yet?

Yep - it’s pretty much all as is, but the glossiness channel I think needs to be gamma’d in a certain way. I did a quick test and it’s matched the painter viewport well enough. I’ll have a wee look again today and get something up.
