V-Ray’s 10th Anniversary celebrations start with a Challenge to all V-Ray users! The Chaos Group and CGSociety invite you to create an image to tell the story of a decisive moment. It could be the first human step on the moon. A gunshot, a wrong step, or a glance, the defining moment when fate propelled the world to greatness or drove it to the point of destruction.
Using any application to model and V-Ray to render, we want you to illustrate that blink-of-an-eye moment.
The Challenge is organized in collaboration with CGSociety and will run between 15 May – 15 July, 2012. Sponsored by BOXX, NVIDIA, Maxon, 3dconnexion and Ballistic, the V-Ray Challenge offers a great prize pool worth over $25,000.
Third Prize in the ‘Decisive Moment’ V-Ray Challenge goes to Toni Bratincevic (InTerceptoV) in the USA depicting his metaphor for peace.
