Toggle motion blur and dof inte the v-ray frame buffer

Would be a nice addition to the frame buffer to be able to turn off/on the motion blur and dof for preview rendering.

Thanks for the input, Richard. I think that would however go slightly against the purpose of the frame buffer as such. Not sure if this will get implemented.
