very nice, good grass and roofing
but the trees are kinda chemical green, doesnt seem natural to me.
and a black border… 
Nice composition…it also a nice renderings but the colors are too saturated for my taste.
I agree about the trees…are they Onyx?

The trees are Evermotion Cd 31. I’ll work on the colors. Thanks for the reply. Any tips on how to render a texture out to file for post? I want to add weathering to the shakes so I would like to render it to file, age it in PhotoShop and re-apply it to the model.

Nice Rendering. I agree with the comments about the trees. Seems like you haven’t aplied a material to the leaves yet?
The sky seems to dark compared to your lighting solution.
