Unable to activate Enscape on SketchUp

Hi, I have just renewed my Enscape with a floating licence but it starts loading then stop whilst loading in on SketchUp. Any ideas what I am doing wrong. ?

Right away, in case you might be using a laptop and Enscape gets stuck during loading at 5% specifically, please try this workaround detailed here: https://support.enscape3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/22252772282641-Why-is-Enscape-not-loading-past-5-on-my-laptop

If this application cannot be found on your machine but you still experience problems with starting Enscape definitely also submit a feedback report with log files which is recommended in general whenever you experience any technical difficulties with Enscape as this allows us to receive all of your machine information, log files and driver dates: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/using-the-feedback-button/

I also have Enscape crashing at 5%. I have attempted the advice to fix but still not working.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Please help :folded_hands:

Welcome to our Forum. In case you’ve already uninstalled the “OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack” or it wasn’t found on your machine, please make sure that your machine meets our requirements.

If so, please also submit a dedicated feedback report including log files which will then be processed by our technical support team.

I just downloaded Enscape free trial today but I everytime I try to use it, it requires me to enter the license key

I checked in “Manage Licenses” and it says that my license has expired even though I just downloaded it today

Before this, I was using student free license but it just expired several years before

Can anyone help me?
