Unable to download updates and have 2 valid licences

Hi I’m unable to download upgrades, says my access has expired. This may be because we purchased a third license for one month duration last year. Trying to run some updates before getting too involved in new projects.
More annoying is I lodged this with tech support 3 days ago and have had no reply (except ticket confirmation 702-791-848)
Can anyone assist?
