Hi all,

I am working as a freelancer at my old company and am using their Vray Premium license for 3dsmax, I just purchased Anima All (1 month) under my own seperate user name account (different to my old company) and was reassured by the frankly ridiculous AI tech support that this could happen, it can’t and fails, why is this so difficult?
