I would like to upload an animation of 300 frames but it does not pass. I noticed something when I send 5 to 10 frames there is no error message but when I try to send 25 or 50 or 100 frames it does not work

I’m sorry for the issue you stumble upon. It’s logged in our backlog as CLOUD-3518 and we have raised its priority. Meanwhile we are continuing the communication with you to find a workaround in the support ticket you’ve opened. We are suggesting to either submit the animation in smaller ranges when there’s no error, or try to manually export the whole frame range and submit it through the standalone UI of the Cloud client app.
