This issue is already fixed, update your build and you will see all the textures.
Also “Mesh Vertex Color” texture is not for providing UVs - it is used to visualize UV or Vertex Color.
You need to connect nodes from “Mapping” section to the “Mapping” sockets (for example, “Channel (Named)”).
Black parts will not become transparent on their own. If you have this texture with alpha channel you could connect “Out Alpha” socket to “Opacity”.
Otherwise you’ll need a separate texture to represent opacity.
