I ordered my V-Ray 2.0 today! How long does it take? Do I get a new dongle, or does it reprogram the old one? What is the best video care for the RT?

dont get new dongle, just get new license for the old one, takes very quick as soon as they received payment
(and from all your avatars you had recently, I still like the little karate baby best that you had few years back)
It would be easiest to just add the 2.0 license to your existing dongle - if you are not sure how to do that, please email us at vray@chaosgroup.com

The reseller said that Choas has no record of my original purchase… what do I do, that was several years ago.
Can you email us directly to vray@chaosgroup.com with all the details you can remember - f.e. your login name for the download section, email that you used to register, the original purchase email that you received from us, the name of the person/company that made the purchase, the dongle serial number etc - anything that can help us track the order.
