Hello,
I was having issues with the lightmix in Vray for Rhino 5, so I was recommended that I install the latest V-ray for Rhino version.
My old V-ray version was 5.0 and therei s a V-ray 5.1.
However upon trying to install it, I am being asked for Rhino 7.3, even though rhino 7.1 is the latest version.
Does this mean I can not have the latest _vray for Rhino with Rhino 7 at this point?
Any help is much appreciated.

The latest Rhino 7 version is 7.10 (as ten, not one).
If you already installed Rhino 7 you could check the version from Help > About Rhinoceros and use Help > Check for Updates to see is there are any available.

Hello,
Upon updating to 5.15 my old scenes are wiped clean of V-ray material and lights. ( I previously ahd vray 5 Update 1- november edition, where cosmos was first implemented)
Is there a way to somehow prevent this ? ( i have downgraded to my previous V-ray version for now just so I can continue to use the models I have today )
Any Thoughts (Appologies, I know this is seperate from my previous question)

The first time you open a scene created with an older version, not all assets are loaded at once, yes.
This was discussed in other forum threads too.
Please open the same scene for a second time ( with the upgraded version ) and confirm that they now appear.
