Since July 29, 2026, I (my client) have been unable to access Cosmos materials in V-Ray 5, receiving the error “No assets found in your plan”.
3D Models and HDRI are working fine.
Please check this.

EDIT: FYI, tried with V-Ray 7 on 3ds Max 2023 and it works fine. Will forward the devs say.

I think the cause is V-Ray 5.

The issue has been fixed in the latest Chaos Cosmos update (Build: 2026.08.05-700679). Try it out.

Hi , I’m having the same issue. Materials are not available in my VRay 5. Only the Fabric materials are available but for all other categories of materials I get “No assets found in your plan”.
I use V-Ray for SketchUp online licensing and I’m not sure hat plan I’m supposed to have. I have installed the fix Build: 2026.08.05-700679. but it hasn’t resolved the issue. Can you help please?
