In January 2023, a V-Ray Material Library download error will occur. (attached diagram error)
This is not a personal environmental problem, the problem can be confirmed by downloading from Japan.
Downloads from the EU and North America are probably fine.
Anyone have the same problem? It seems that the Chaos support team cannot confirm it.
Has the Chaos team recently changed the server timeout settings for materials-cdn.chaosgroup.com ?

We are aware that some users from Japan are experiencing CDN issues when downloading the old V-Ray material library. We are not sure what causes this and when it will be fixed. We encourage users with this issue to open a ticket in our support system, so that we can upload the library and send it via a different channel.
I tried again today and the download was successful.
After all, it is unknown whether it is a relay server problem or a Chaos Cloud server problem.
The most common 504 error is a problem with the load balancer’s idle timeout time setting, so there is nothing the user can do about it.
Requires investigation by the server administrator (Chaos).
