Hello,
After using assets from the enscape (not custom assets) like people, grass, and street lamps that have worked fine for over a year, random selections of these assets have come to be thousands of meters tall. I have to go through the document and find the name of the enscape asset and erase it which takes a long time. When I re-insert the same enscape asset, it still comes in at a huge height. Still, others are just fine.
Do you know the reason for this?

The issue was resolved with an update. So not sure if it would help. But it’s something.
@HasarangaWanindu , as already correctly linked and stated above, this should’ve been resolved a while ago.
Still, if you could please try the following:
"delete the folder %temp%\Enscape\Assets and restart Enscape. All assets should show up in their intended scale.
You can also find the folder via this path: C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Assets"
If that doesn’t do the trick, then please instead send us a Feedback report with log files as described here too. Then we can have a look at those to troubleshoot this further.
