VFB wont appear

I’ve been using vray for sketchup for quite a while. I just installed the latest version and opened a scene and the VFB doesn’t show up when rendering. I’ve never had this before so I’m scratching my head wondering what the issue is?

I restarted sketchup and it appeared this time. Go figure

Hi patrick_anderson,

I’ve noticed that sometimes the VFB appears but outside of the monitor boundaries.
If you find a reliable way to reproduce this or other similar issues please let us know.

Sorry I didn’t notice your reply. After the first time it did it, it hasn’t happened since.

And one more hint in case the VFB appears outside of the monitor bounds:

  1. Make sure the VFB is in focus
  2. Click Alt+Space - a window menu should appear
  3. Select Move, either with the keyboard or the mouse
  4. Click one of the Arrow keys on the keyboard
  5. The VFB is now glued to your mouse cursor - just move it in place
