vray 3.2 maya 2016 official releasedate

Thanks for the update, Vlado!

Unfortunately, builds are only useful for some aspects of testing (and have no place in actual production). In order to adequately test Vray for 2016, all software in the production chain needs to support it, including things like render farms. Until they all receive an official Vray release, test it, implement it and roll it out (which might take weeks), we’re unable to do much of anything. When you say we’re one week away, that actually means more like 2-4 weeks.

Again, I know you guys are working hard, and I understand how complex these things are, especially since 2016 changed so much. Like I said above, weekly updates would have gone a long way, as compared to saying nothing until someone posts a rant on your forums. I keep getting marketing emails about releases for 3DS Max, Rhino etc. but not even a tiny update on what’s happening with the much delayed Maya version, and that creates unnecessary frustration.
