Are there any problems running vray on a 32-core pc?

It depends; how many processors are they? Two, or four? What kind of processors? Is the memory linked in a NUMA fashion?

Arent those chips meant to be the disappointment that has caused AMD to back out of doing any more high end processors? might be worth holding off for the new intels (i dont know when they’re due though).

Thanks; it will probably work fine. We have a similar machine with 24 cores that performs as expected. We are supposed to be upgrading it to 32 cores to verify for certain, but I don’t know when we will get the new processors yet.
