Its not recommended to post your email in public forums but having that information the reason you have the error message is because you have installed V-Ray 6 and you don’t have licenses for it. You have V-Ray NEXT and V-Ray 3 licenses and with them you can use V-Ray up to versionNEXT Update 2.2 in Sketchup up to version 2020 (Download | My Chaos). For V-Ray 6 and Sketchup 2022 you will need an active V-Ray subscription or you can install Sketchup 2020, download and install V-Ray NEXT from the link I have provided and use it for as long as you want.
