Vray Keeps Locking Up and have to restart Sketchup

Having problems this week with rendering, when I try and Render out my model Sketchup hangs up, locks so I have to restart and try again. I can usually get one render done before this happens.

I’m working on a Mac with Sketchup 2017 Pro, and the latest Vray with the most up to date VLR Service… the other day I transferred my license from the Dongle to the Online Service, but as I can render at least one image I guess this isn’t the problem.
Today I re-installed Sketchup and Vray but it’s still occurring.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

Could you please provide some additional information?
- Does this occur with a specific project or any (even newly created ones)?
- When does the freeze occur? When you start the render or after some progress?
- What render mode are you using?
- What are the full specification of the computer?

If deemed necessary, would it be alright to arrange a TeamViewer session to further investigate this and provide you with live assistance?
