Everytime i combine these 2 together(more than 70 lights)…most likely it freez up and exits max…but it almost never happens if im using either vray light or photometric…just when its combine..
Do you use IR only ???
Post the settings it will help as understand the problem.

probaly limits of vray lightingor material combination, try reduce reflaction
