Using the installer for 24501, we’ve noticed there is no vray object properties in max 2014. Has this been moved or taken out? Was going to increase motion blur samples of an object.
Thoughts?
Hm, it does look like something has changed in the way quad menus are registered in 3ds Max 2014. Will look into it, but in the meantime, open the MaxScript listener and type doVRayObjectProperties()

Are the menus just missing or there are the menu items but they are not working properly. These menu items rely on macroscripts which should be evaluated by Max, and on the next startup they should appear properly. But if they are just missing I guess something else has happened. You should have a file named like this “C:\Users\sasho\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\2014 - 64bit\ENU\usermacros\VRay-vrayProperties.mcr” in the respective location. If yes You can just add it back from the “Customize->Customize User Interface” the action category is “VRay” and the action is named “Displays the VRay object or light properties”.
