Vray showing some softened surfaces as faceted but not all

For some reason when I render this table chair set the table comes out as faceted and not softened yet I have checked and rechecked the model in sketchup and it is softened. I have even rebuilt the top to make sure. I am missing a Vray setting or is this a bug. It is driving me nuts!

Those facets that your seeing are probably due to either unwelded verticies or nonexistent/broken normals. You might have to go about rebuilding the table a different way…joining/rebuilding the top, chamfer, and side of the table separately…then grouping it all together or making a component out of it.
