When I try to make VRaysimbiontMtl(V-Ray 2.0 SP1) on 3ds Max 2012, the 3ds Max crash everytime.

We have reproduced the issue. It’s reported to our developers and we’ll post back when it’s fixed.
In the meantime try to use the Slate Material Editor instead of the Standard one. You should be able to use VRaySimbiontMtl without this causing 3ds Max to crash.
