I always get this error with Maya 2014 / win 8. Sometimes “Warning: No image writer specified.” Can’t use RT
I reinstalled Vray, but nothing hepls.
Any advice?
This warning is always there and it is irrelevant to your problem.
Some questions which might help to pinpoint what is the problem:
What engine are you trying to use? CPU or GPU(cuda)?
Can you post the output from the Maya’s output window?
Do you see the V-Ray standalone starting in a separate console window?
