Hi! i’m new in Vray world so my question is how to get warpper option working on blender vray to make shadow only in plan.

Is there any particular issue? Wrapper options are exactly the same as in V-Ray For 3ds max for example so you could reuse any existing tutorial.

I did a test scene with my wrapper setting and that what i get : also when I make a sun I get overbrighter scene and i dont know why : [war2.jpg] [war1.png] [war3.jpg]

If it’s a Sun light in Sun mode then it’s a normal behaviour. Use physical camera or adjust intensity.

and what about wrapper? I still don’t get what is the issue. You want to catch shadows? I just don’t see any light sources in the scene. With the sun light result is the same?

I used hemi to render hdri background with physical camera and now i have this :face_with_spiral_eyes: : [warp12.jpg]

many thx for response, your blend file working fine so probably that was a mistake from my wrapper or light setting.

well problem solved, I make " detect vray " on automatic and all working fine :). just last question : is there a GPU render mode ?

thx, also why background hdri always appear very contrasted and nearly blackish.

VRayDenoiser complete black unless I uncheck the hardware acceleration
