Hi everyone —
I’m working on a lobby scene and ran into something odd: the linear recessed lights in the ceiling don’t appear to cast much visible light in the space, but I can clearly see their glow/reflection on the mirror wall.
The direct view of the ceiling shows just the fixtures, and the ambient light in the room feels much lower than expected. But the mirror reflects what looks like the bright emissive lines correctly.
Is this just the emissive material being reflected and not the actual light contribution? Or is there something about how Enscape handles linear lights, mirrors, and indirect illumination that I’m missing?
