Why rectangular light not working

I am following the VRay manual. When creating rectangular light as described in manual I am getting no result. What I am doing wrong?

If you are using the physical camera you have to increase the multiplier of the rectangular light. The manual is out of date and we have new default setting, new V-ray core and a lot of new features.
For example in the manual we have only GI as our default environment. Now we have a physical sun and sky as our default environment. If you want to have a setting close to the manual, go to the environment and disable the sky and the sun from the GI color and BG color. Go to the camera option and disable the physical camera. With those setting you will be able to see the rectangular light effect using a very low multiplier.

thanks it works now by disabling physical camera and bg/sky colors.
When latest manual will be there? I want to learn VRay
