When submitting a job it says there is a new version available and I will be able to update once this job is submitted. However all I get is a submit confirmation and the option to view the job. I see no update option anywhere? Perhaps there should be an easier way to update, somewhere that is more permanent?
Secondly, I downloaded the latest version of the client app but I am unable to install it as it will not uninstall the old version. Is there something running in the background on my PC that I must disable first?
