Keyframes interpreted incorrectly

Hi I also reported this directly from the job, but thought to post here too...

Using:
Vray Cinema 5.1 , Windows 10, Cinema S24

The issue is a null (object name "door" in scene file) has a simple rotation keyframe to animate rotation between frames 159 - 167. However, on chaos cloud this is rendering the animation from the beginning of the scene to the end, (ie starting on frame 128 This is incorrect. On the second submission of this job I tried adding a keyframe at the start of the scene as a hold keyframe as it were, but this didn't work.

I seriously hope this isn't a consistent bug otherwise my production is screwed!

Hi I've had no reply from support thus far...? ticket number is: 346-154-8924 

I have since tried another scene with some simple object animation and it hasn't done this....I wonder if there is an issue with a scene starting not at 0 frames? The scenes that worked fine happened to be starting on 0.

As a follow-up, I still have heard no response from support on this....

I tested the scene at fault again by removing my objects from the null group and animated them directly, and also changed my scene settings to start from frame 0. One or the other did the trick and it rendered correctly with rotation animation happening on the correct frame

I'm sorry for the delay. We've replied you in the ticket. It seems like a problem with the exporter. We've logged an issue for the developers to investigate and fix it.
