I have a scene with VRayEnvironmentFog attached to an animated gizmo that follows my camera. Everything works fine inside 3dsMax and I uploaded a test frame to the cloud to make sure everything showed up correctly and it did. Of course, when I uploaded the whole animation for rendering at full quality, the fog gizmo did not animate, which resulted in the fog density being incorrect across all the frames.
I double-checked the docs on both VRayEnvironmentFog as well as the supported features for the cloud and I couldn't find any information on this.
I'm happy to send my scene file if you need it, but this issue cost me 20 credits. This is also the second time I've run into an issue like this where the test render looked fine, but the production render had issues. Trying to make things work with Chaos Cloud has been an extremely frustrating (and expensive) experience...
