strange render issue

I have ticketed this issue in the cloud but does anyone know what could be causing this problem.
The progress of the render is fine but at the end this strange effect gets applied to all the frames, wasting about 30 credits so far trying to sort it.

Here is another comparison from cloud to VFB
It seems to be an issue with the save glare from lens effects. Seems the cloud render is corrupting this glare channel, rendering local is fine with expected results.
I need the bloom/glow layer but cant render in the cloud with it turned on, what would be the equivalent to get the same effect in post?

Many thanks vladie, we have rendered without the bloom now and done it in post, so the panic is over but would be good to know what the issue was. It's usually user error but I was stumped for a while on this one.
