rendering multichannel exr - i recieved an exr per channel

Good afternoon. Yesterday i rendered for the first time on the cloud. my renders came out fine except that i expected one multichannel exr back and received an exr for each channel instead. how do i remedy this for the future submissions? I would like one multichannel exr with my aovs in it. thank you.

this was submitted with maya 2022 and my file type was set to multichannel exr.

Thank you for the feedback. Appreciate it. I guess you have set the output file as described here? If yes, can you please send me a link to the Chaos Cloud job? The link holds the job ID which I can use to locate the job in our backend system and investigate it further.
