  • Cloud Credits purchase - Problem

    Hi, I've purchased 200 credits using the wrong (second) account by mistake.

    I've sent a request (no.114716) to Chaos Support on this but have had no response yet. Is it possible to transfer these Credits to my primary account or if not please could you refund ?

    I've a deadline approaching, and desperately need to proceed with the project, so would really appreciate it if this could be sorted quickly.
