I'm in Germany.
I'm probably not allowed to tell everything. The software we use seem to only target the german market anyway. The timer part of it is basically a stopwatch with comment field. You can start the timer and type in the task you're doing in and in the end you can generate lists and even bills out of it. There must be a bunch of companies around the world who offer such a software or web based service.

Ah okay, So how can you prove anything in court like you say, since it’s just a timer you press to start and stop ?

i use a spreadsheet and record all my start and stop timings that way. I wouldn’t be able to prove anything however, but at least I’m able to use it for calculating profit/loss and this helps me on future jobs.

About the court thing: I'm not really in the management here. I don't know, that's what they told me.
I don't think a client will ever let it come to that point though.
I think the point about this is: they get a detailed list, so they know what took how long. A big problem often seems to be that they don't know anything about 3d. They maybe watched a making off of lord of the rings or so and it all looked super easy and creative. When you always get them an idea how much work goes into what, they start to think about it. They especially start to think about what they want us to change and how much it will cost before they let us do it.
Also, that list gives you a great discussion base when they start to complain about the price.

I liked how you setup the camera in the first one .I'm always afraid of using high focal length in my exterior shots =D
only 2 comments :
-sky color looks have a bit strange hue, and that white spot in the second render is distracting imo
-something doesn't feel right about the perspective of the eye-bird view ..I think you are using a bit of vertical correction in your camera ?

Sorry If I wasn't clear , I meant the white cloud .it is a bit over-exposed and I would prefer to remove it .
For the eye-bird view I guess it will look more natural and easier for the eye to look it ..give it a try and see : ))

the new set for the back, looks like different grading compared to the front. The front is looking good, but even if you just look at the sky and the main walls of the back and compare that to the front, something is way off

I graded them the same. The fronts I had the shadows to work with. The backs get hard direct sunlight.
