It looks great! The clouds in the background kind of breaks it a little bit though, they've got a direction of sun on them that the house doesn't, I'd swap it out for something a bit more overcast.

    Lovely work!

      Pretty good!
I'd like to see a little more detail in the snow but maybe that's not possible with this lighting .
How did you light it and achieve the mood?

Thanks! I used an HDRI (snowy HDRI) to illuminate the scene, so the clouds are accurate. I went for a light fluffy snow that just fell, so I didn't do any tire tracks, footprints.., plus I ran out of time.

Snowflow? Or ready made trees with snow on top?
          Looking nice!

Looking good Bobby, this came out very nice!

If I have to be picky, how else - then I'd say you could stick a roughness type of mask or similar over the building and blend things, almost like a grunge, to simulate the frost/ice/coldness on the walls etc.
            Kind Regards,
            Morne

I am not sure I understand. Dirty up the building? I guess I can see that.

Thank you. I did buy the snow plugin, however, I was disappointed that it didn't support anything past MAX 2016. I installed MAX 2016 and collapsed the snow geometry to open in MAX 2019. The extra snow material plugin I purchased didn't work, because there is no converter for it.This is the third plug-in that died after MAX 2016. What happened in MAX that people dropped developing things? This developer said that there is no money in programming, so he stopped developing it. Is it people cracking the plugin and distributing it for free? The snow plugin was fast and easy, so it is sad that it's life is over.

Thank you! I did ten houses for this client and three were canceled mid-way. Since the seven completed were so poorly managed by them, I didn't give them a refund for the canceled ones. For one, I had them modeled already and two, the seven I completed changed so many times I should have been charging them more. Having said that, I did this one for free. It was a Summer scene and I created the snow scene from it. It took me the better part of the day.

You know, I started down that road, but I wrapped it up instead.

If it is Snowflow, there seems to be a Pro version with a 2018 installer.
