I am on the fence with this design and colors, but of course, that is out of my control. It is supposed to be in a really upscale part of LA and if I were to name the street (I suppose the hint is in the topic title), you are supposed to know where it is at. Things were basically modeled from web clippings the architect sent me. You know, "like this roof, here are the doors" and on and on...

I am going to check to make sure I have a floor. I am seeing too much of my interior. This usually happens when the bottom of the house is wide open. This is the first round, so I'll have plenty of time to check things.

The design isn't that bad , I've seen worse ) and you did a good job as usual
I liked the first one except the leaves on the left that are too shiny for me ..I think you forget to enable the DOF .
I would change the sky too with something more appealing ..Vizpeople have good collection that I use most of the time .

Yes, thanks for pointing that out. The leaves are too shiny. I’ll fix that and enable a little DOF for the finals.

If what I have marked is the entrance of a car to the garage - there will be a problem for the vehicle to cross the step

Some updates. I pushed it a little on the color grading, but I needed to do something to make it more interesting.

Another update. They are waffling on colors and I like these the best. I think if I have to render it out again I'll pull the front camera back a little to match the back.

Loving the DOF in these. The wall colours are a bit dark, but that's got nothing to do with you or the rendering.
If there's a next round, then brick could do with some work, maybe a normal map. In the shadows it looks like a flat texture, but in sun looks like there's a strong bump, although inverted, ie the grout is sticking out instead of the brick. The tree on the right isnt planted nicely and could do with moving down 1 or 2 inches (or just PS a grass patch there). The middle ground floor roof on the front, has some teething displacement artefacts.

But hey, that's just me, they look awesome in general!

Yeah, the grout is suppose to stick out. They wanted white brick, even in the shadows, so I had to brighten it. They gave me a brick sample that doesn’t even show me one whole brick. The stucco, yes, it’s that dark.

OK, I fixed a few things. They will not like the brick, however, what they want just won't look correct.

These are the kinds of material samples I have been getting, which have not been much.

The client will not see these, but I warmed them up a bit. This client will ask why there is a yellow cast to everything.

I did another view. I pushed the color grading a little on this one. Now I think I have to go back to the others, so they match.
