“Just wanted to send you a short note telling you that the renderings are absolutely beautiful. Also thanks for the the rear facing rendering as we believed it was not included in the price. Finding you was after doing a few hours of researching company’s all over the country. I can assure you that not only will work find its way to you from our showcase marketing, which serves to benefit the National Ability Center, but Ive already given your name out to one of the largest building company’s here in Utah. Again, thank you for a job well done. ”
He obviously didn't look long enough, but I am glad he landed on me. I do remember he sent me a quote he received from another guy, which was higher than I would have quoted. He said that he underestimated the cost of a rendering, but thought my work was the best he has seen (again, he hasn't looked long enough) and wanted to know if I can beat this other guys price. I explained that I don't compete on price, but I would love to send him a quote. He had a $500 budget and the other guy quoted $2000 for the front view. I fell in higher than the middle, which was good enough for him. Why I did the back if he didn't request it, I have no clue
