The Maxwell is better than the VRay ^^.
    Maxwell is so so slow.
    But, VRay is fast
VRay is better to make similar quality

An addition, VRay produces a more accurate lighting simulation for diffuse surfaces, whereas Maxwell is biased.
This is because VRay does not place a restriction on the number of light bounces, whereas Maxwell does. Limiting the bounces immediately makes you rendering biased - you can wait for all the noise to clear up, but there will always be a part of the GI solution that is missing. This usually shows up as darker or more contrasted images, compared to the actual lighting solution.

Are you talking in maxwell, or vray? Im assuming maxwell.

Yes, I meant in the case of Maxwell.

I still think both rendering algorithms have advantages and disadvantages.

Vray still is much faster and moreof much much much more flexible.
This in my opiniion still makes it to the better solution. because usualy our own customers never would wait 60 Hours for an immage. they want fast feedback. And morever sometimes they want a solution that is just not as it would be in physical realworld.

maxwell in my opinnion produces somewhat more realistic immages if you have the time to wait for. The colorbleeding , the bouncing of direct sunlight and environement looks. more realistic as vray does with less setuptime due to the physical sky that is build in.
But in interiors it is sooooooo slooooow, it usualy is only of academical interest , and most of the 3D people who scream right now for maxwell will see in real production environement, it will be to slow to use it i think.

nevertheless something like the physical sky would still be nice in vray.
also in a future approach, a solution that takes a bit more the physical correct energy of lights into account would make also setup of vray faster.

right now vray produces as stunning immages as maxwell if the right user uses it "thinking for example of zuliban", but is more flexible and faster. only setuptime is better in maxwell i think
