I have seen a resurgence in the home builders wanting to update their website renderings. About a year ago, over a couple of years, I got a lot of inquiries, but nobody wanted to spend more than a couple of hundred bucks a pop. I wasn't interested and turned them all down and some were several dozen in a package. As of late, I have been selling a lot of them, on my terms. Have you been seeing the same thing?

    Hi Bobby. Nice composition.

What lens values are you using on your cameras? I just feel your imagery could do with looking a little less orthographic, also not always at eye level?

I think I am using 100/16/100 on these. What camera angle would you suggest?

Focal lengths I would suggest for exteriors 45 down to 28. I frequent 18 when pushed to do so by the client, usually on an interior where they insist on seeing absolutely everything in the space.

Anything higher than 50 though, buildings can start looking like toy models I feel. You should try some lower values on your next job and see what you think

Also, (with these lower values) try sitting the cam at waist height, ensure auto vertical correction is on and move the camera target upwards so you see a little more sky.

...and you should start noticing some interesting/appealing perspective lines.
