Ive been doing these for some clients for a couple years working with some alternate compositions and lighting set ups. I have to be careful the client doesn't like used materials- all has to look new. CC is needed I really like BParker style of work.
Using Next+GPU+ Arion and PS Raw.. sometimes save out as TIF w/ frame adj burned in (16bit). VERY pleased with Next = 20 min render times or less below (vs 6 hrs plus on Corona). A couple IBush, Purchased Boundry, 3dsky ivy, IClone, assets used here plus CG Text, mostly home made modeling. Thanks.

    Looking very nice

I'd say just animate the windows/interior a bit, meaning add some stuff to the inside, perhaps half open curtains or blinds, and bump up the reflection a bit on the more angled bits.
Also, replace the sky or CC it some more
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

Morne Thanks I plan on addressing all of the above prior to sending to the client especially the lack of animation.

I like the first image more than the second. something about the composition. And agree with adjusting the sky, I think the clouds should get a bit brighter given the highlights on the house

Thanks Cheerio good eye on both accounts. Can you suggest a good VRay camera lense setting (specs, height/distance for this and similar) thanks for looking here.

I like the renderings very much. The two second level small square windows look so different, black, compared to the others. The roofing shingles seem too large in scale/size. Otherwise very nice.

Thanks Open I will check the details on the windows and (USA) asphalt shingle scale and revise as needed. Good comment.
