My client wanted his cottage to be in a natural looking Autumn environment.

LOL well it's not what I would call a cottage
But a good looking render to be sure, although the architecture is quite unusual.
It's always good to see something other than summer trees and these look great
I guess you noticed the repetition with the smoke....possibly it'd be nicer with only one chimney going and a little directionality to the plume....

Yeah, I tried several ways with the smoke and finally just cut/pasted something in. I agree it needed work.

Some colour variation to the tree leaves? You could have yellow, orange, red.
