Okay, honest advice on these. One day per house, from start to finish. Since they are for a home builder I wanted to go with a classic feel, since these guys keep their renderings up for about a decade. I think they are balanced well but are they tipping on the dark side? I like the contrast.

And three more. There were eight in this first batch and eight more coming tomorrow.

Possibly a bit dark yes, but they look fine. Apart from the left hand tree on the first one - looks a bit stuck on
Those spiky trees are cool - not seen those before...

The dark side of the house is not an issue, but maybe darker surroundings (trees).
Also, maybe to make a grass a bit brighter.
It could be useful to check some references to see the light balance between; ground and sky, ground and surroundings and sky and surroundings.
Maybe, if you light the things around the house (highlight areas and midtone areas), you may still keep the contrast you like and achieve brighter images.

        Cheers,

Agree with the others Bobby look a little dark to me as well. Did they provide a 3D or Revit model?

No, I received CAD files to work from. I brightened everything up and they look better. The tree, that was requested by them, it is a native tree to them. They gave me a shortlist of native trees and plants.

I brightened them and did a white balance. They wanted the trim to read white.

Still too dark. Try reducing direct light intensity and increasing ambient. And get rid of that god awful tree

I am not seeing it being too dark, it all seems balanced without anything too dark and anything too bright. The tree, it is one of their native trees.

The darkness maybe that ever ones monitor has different gama / color setup? May look great on your monitor but looks a little dark on mine. Just a thought.

Yeah, I use my iPad Pro to proof colors if I am in doubt and these later ones look good to me.

I have to say, my instant impression was that its just a tad too dark as well, just comparing a slight exposure increase made the difference for me. (sorry) But if the clients happy we is a happy

I would use a different setting with sidewalks and a road. The house in the middle of nowhere like that is unrealistic beside that darkness of the scene.
