  • Manchester Modern Farmhouse Rendering

A pretty simple one, but it took al long time to get right. I am not sure I could have added any more detail than I have.

your trees are too dark and they need variation in greens in my opinion.

Thanks. I spent a good amount of time changing up the leaves a month or so ago. I saw no change in the rendering, so I paid no mind. I don't even remember what project that was for. These are Evermotion trees and I use them because I always get compliments when I use them. I purchased a few MAXTREE libraries and those are nice, but my scenes get very heavy when I use them What would you recommend?

if you are using forest pack to scatter the trees and you want variation with forest color, make sure you are not using proxies.

good job, I don't have many suggestions but in my own case, I've been doing recent jobs with some internal lights and blinds etc which may look nice here given that it's a fairly dark scene. add a bit of a sign of occupancy. front door almost looks like it could be a darker wood and then i'm wondering about the contrast with the decking.

Tree's are also a mystery for me - i'm still using 10 year old evermotion libraries!. My boss has asked me to look into palms and some pencil pines etc, but I don't know where else to look. one thing I would suggest here is maybe toss in a couple of variations in the tree's, like a couple of bigger ones over the back of that plantation

Thank you for the feedback. Every time I have tried blinds or curtains my client removes them, so I stopped suggesting it. I agree about trees, I need to spend more time on those.
