calm down on the watermark people - with the amount of images "stolen" its not a bad thing - and I think this is one of the more subtle ones that doesn't detract too much from the image
now, for an image critique:
Your lighting is very nice and so are your textures
The brick texture seems a bit too even, and is picking up some morrie patterns - a different AA setting could fix this
The windows are too blue
The repetition of the RPC plants in the wall under the fence bugs me
Your grass is a bit too pale/bright
Lighting on the woman and her perspective angle is wrong (common RPC problem)
Concrete sidewalk texture is too dark and even - could use some work. The street asphault is great except for the location of the double yellow line - those are in the middle of a street to divide the two directions of traffic.
Oh, and you brick cornor column on the fence disappears into the grass somewhat strangely - there should be a footing of some sort there
Overall, I think its a great image, you should be proud.

Looking good.
Everything Dynedain said and..
There seems to be too much reflection on your window frames they apear blue. Reflecting too muck sky maybe?
The other thing I would do is try to show some shadow from the trees on the building. This would be very subtle, but would make the vegitation look alot better.Bret

I agree on most of dynedain's comments, although the window color doesn't bother me too much. Maybe leave the color, but darken them - even in post.
Scale of the fence seems funny to me, but it may be right.
I like the trees, but I don't recognize them. What are they? *Except - the one on the right has a bad mask, or maybe a filter setting if you did them as billboards.
Nice image though.sigpic

Very nice, trees are great but should we see a bit of shadow from them?
Double yellow lines in Ireland are always at curb, they are used as defining 'no parking' areas,, there can also be single yellow which permit parking after business hours and Sundays. We use white lines in middle of road (continuous or dashed) for seperating opposing flow of traffic. As for UK I think they use red lines as a even higher threat not to park there, eg. Double yellows= dont park here or you may get clamped,
Double Red= Dont even *&*&^ think about parking here, your car will be impounded.
