I think you need less noise on the ground and on the métal washbasin, . the white top is to uniform I think you can try to use gradient ramp, it work fine.

the celling light is a Vraylight material.. can i use a gradient map ?..

yes you can and it work very fine!
make it with box and play with colors, and try to put it by face
something like this.
