I want to share with you an exterior scene I've just completed (here you can see also the interiors: https://forums.chaos.com/forum/chaos...e-living-rooms ), it is a small villa in South of France.
Here are some statistics: about 11million polygons + render/multi instances, everything modeled by me in C4D except for the palm trees and a few Cosmos assets (I've also recycled a few assets from my pool villa scene https://forums.chaos.com/forum/v-ray...la-scene-3drnb ).
I've used Marvelous Designer for the curtains, lighted using a physical sun/sky and a few area lights for the night view, photon mapped caustics for the daylight views.
About 1.5h for each image (3072 pixels) using an 8core machine.
Post production done inside the VFB using the basic tools + some Cryptomatte masks, minor final touch in PS.
I opted for a vibrant look but feel free to suggest how to improve the images, it will be much appreciated
