  • WIP Theater Animation

Here's one still from an animation we are working on of an old 1930's stage theater that is undergoing subsantial renovation. This is the main entrance hall and will stay relavtively untouched. It looks almost exactly like this rendering already (but I'm not done yet!)

    sweet looks good!
Should the wall on the side be that reflective?

yep, its a polished marble. I'm still looking at ways to handle the panel pattern on the walls so break up the monolithic surface. I don't want it looking like it was chisled out of one gigantic piece of marble

        Looks brilliant...

Was wondering what your settings are for the animation - last time I had some trouble getting the semi-glossy reflections looking just right while maintaining decent rendertimes.
