Exactly; different models have different licenses.

Speaking personally, I am using it to replace some foliage and improve people in some images.
I am, with TyDiffusion, simply using my own scenes or quickly built proxy shapes from which to generate ideas based on prompts.
I keep those prompts very general, mentioning no other artist's style or inspiration.

So that's my caveat and I am happy with it, unless someone can argue that that alone is somehow illegal or an abuse of the open source models in some way.
There's a lot to learn here, and things are evolving very quickly, so I'm happy to be schooled to any degree

So I got a chance to play around with it this afternoon. Pretty rad stuff. I had the building looking like a Muppet character, then closed that instance of max and lost those generated images. Is there a directory where those are kept?

There's usually a folder named output somewhere in your SD installation that might contain your lost files.

I enjoyed this result. Due to a crushed z-depth map. I'm kind of amazed at how well it followed it...

Incredibly powerful for concept ideation. It would be awesome to have an efficient way of baking this stuff into the scenes it's pulling from. For instance, let's say I like the silver ceiling cove in the 4th image, and the blue bull artwork in the 2nd image. I'd like to bake those two elements into the scene as vray materials - geometry as well (based on some meshes I've generated from text and image inputs through various online platforms, there's tremendous opportunity).

Did you know about the texture projection inside TyDiffusion?

It's the tyDiffusion TexGen modifier; so apply that and you'll get the idea immediately

Thanks Bart. I had .115 installed while reading through the docs explaining inpainting features available in .116 - I’ll take this into my cave later today after hunting buffalo and bang on it with my stick to see if I can get it to work.
